He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman P. Kramer and Dorothy L. Kramer (Beer); his sister Susan Raber; and his sister-in-law Roxanne Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wicklund; his children, Michael Kramer Moline (Crystal Hamilton) and Kristine Finley (Eric); his grandchildren, Dr. Mitchell Kramer (Megan), Matthew Kramer (Olivia), Evan Finley and Emily Finley; his great grandchild Theodora; and his brother Terry Kramer (Dee Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials can be made to Moline Regional Community Foundation Class of 1959 Scholarship or Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island.
