He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Fischer and Betty J. Hays (Elhoffer); his brother Calvin Hays; and his sister-in-law Robin Carden. He is survived by: his wife Janis M. Carden; his children, Hope Guy (Daniel) of Davenport, Trish Fischer of Moline and Dustin Fischer (Angela) of Geneseo; his nephew Jeremy Fischer (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jorden, Grace, Hailee, Jaxsen and Braylee.
