He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Weis and Louella Weis Sr. (Ratel); and his siblings, Vicki Reno, Roy "James", Ralph and Richard Weis.
He is survived by: his daughter Abbey Weis (Barry Nelson) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Liam and Soren Nelson; and his brothers, Robert Weis of Hawaii and Rodger Weis (Randi) of Springfield, MO.
