She was predeceased by: her parents, Seraphine VanDeWoestyne and Rachel VanDeWoestyne (De Pauw); her husband Tom Kuhn; her brother Charlie VanDeWoestyne; and her pet Patches.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kuhn (Danielle) of Missouri, Brandi Kuhn of Moline, Lori Caudill of Bettendorf and Josh Kuhn of Moline. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
