It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sieglinde Paulsen of Moline, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard and Martha Wegehaupt; her husband Richard Paulsen; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Paulsen and Janice Stubbs.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen, Scott and Susan Paulsen Weinstock (Tracy Bennett); her grandchildren, Kiersten, Kaleigh and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Carter and Colton; her granddaughters, Kristin and Brianna (Cal); her sister Siegrid Leland (Dale) of Sealy, Texas; her brothers-in-law, Don Paulsen and Ken Paulsen; and also Levi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many German relatives.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (4107 21st Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, the Clarrisa Cook Hospice House, or the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
