He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McAfee and Dorothy Flemming McAfee; his daughter Theresa; and his sisters, Kathryn, Virginia and Charlotte Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Miley; his children, Stephen Hennley, Michael McAfee (Jolene), Steve Boyle (Malica), Stephanie Borges (Paul) and Benjamin McAfee; and his sister Penelope "Penny" McAfee-Hamby. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
