He was predeceased by: his mother Elinor Griffin (Larson). He is survived by: his father Donald Griffin; his wife Lisa Christensen; his children, Michael Jan Griffin (Tatum), Katie and Christopher "Stitch" Griffin (Scott Rexroat) of Colona, IL; his grandchildren, Jack Shea, Nolan Griffin, Calvin Griffin and Olivia Trent; and his brothers, Bruce (Mary) of Moline, Michael (Joni) of Moline and Mark "Onie" (Julia) of Moline. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Moline Little League.
