He is survived by: his parents, Adell Newman-Lee of Moline, IL and Joseph Specht (Rita) of Lyndon, IL; his daughter Lillian Specht of Port Bryon; his brother Clayton Newman of Eagle Pass, TX; and his stepsiblings, Aaron Dail of Erie, IL and Tina Field of Bismark, ND. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles and aunts.
