He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenen H. Matucha and Frances Madaleen Matucha (Dowis). He is survived by: his wife Pansy L. Smith; his children, Jeff Matucha (Kerri) and Melissa McDanel (Lonnie); his granddaughter Madaleen McDanel; and his nieces, Dianna Levendosky and Helen Levendosky.
