He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wallace and Ruth Wallace (O'Brian). He is survived by: his sister Jody Bostrom; his niece Meggie Porter (Jason); his nephews, John Bostrom and Tom Bostrom; his great-nieces, Emmy Porter and Avie Birdsell; and his great-nephew James Porter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Animal Welfare Shelter in Milan, IL, or an animal center of the donor's choice.
