He was predeceased by: his mother Helen McCarthy. He is survived by: his father Gerald McCarthy; his brother Jeff McCarthy; and his sister-in-law Meluzel McCarthy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
