He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe E. Crowe and Patricia M. Crowe (Zeitler); his children, Tim Crowe, Tomina Baker (Maurice) and Scott Crowe (Sara); his siblings, Patty Ruggeberg (Randy), Bettendorf, Cindy Grabrian, David Crowe, Bettendorf, Danny Crowe and Shannon Liles of McDavid, FL.; his son Jason Joe Crowe; and his siblings, Kim Protch and Terry Crowe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1330 13th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established (checks can be made out to his son, Tim).
