With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Todd A. De La Rosa of Moline, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus La and Jo Anne De La (Mallicoat); and his sister Tracy De La Rosa. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Rasche; his son Hunter De La Rosa (Elexus Mowery) of Silvis, IL; and his siblings, Cynthia Moreno (Chris) of Delavan, WI, Karin McKinney (Mark), Diane Hilburn (Mike) of Polo, MO, Darcy De La Rosa and Steve De La (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Living Lands and Waters.
