She is survived by: her father Michael Rand (Jean) of Onalaska; her husband Kerry Tucker; her son Dylan Tucker; her mother Diane Crofton (Paul) of Annawan, Illinois; her brothers, Scott Rand of Arcadia and Damion Rand (Candi) of Onalaska; her nieces and nephews, Macayla and Aria Rand; Drew Tucker of Fayetteville and Ann Tucker of Moline.
Tracey's contributions to First Presbyterian Church, Coal Valley, were immeasurable.
