Hulsart Jr. of Moline, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Hulsart and Lucille Hulsart; his wife Peggy Hulsart; and his siblings, Robert Hulsart III, Dennis Hulsart and Maureen Hulsart.
He is survived by: his children, William Hulsart II (Carrie), Mary Hulsart, Lisa Higley (John) and Cindy Moore; his grandchildren, Debra, Amanda, Larry, Kirsten and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Alicia, Giovanni and Zayden; his sisters, Kathy Hulsart, Josie Perkins (Eric) and Margaret Hulsart; his nieces and nephews, Theresa Hulsart, Patricia Hulsart, Michelle Hulsart, Delilah, Robert Hulsart (Crystal), Denny Hulsart and Jason Hulsart; and his friends, Karen Addimando, Donna Kelly and Angel Chavez.
