She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Speece and Mary M. Speece (Carman); her husband Carl A. Witt; her son Charles; and her sister Marjorie.
She is survived by: her children, Karen M. Fowler (Robert C. Tubbs) of Moline, Roger L. (Kathy) of Rantoul, Randall A. of Taylor and Toby A. (Grace) of Fairfield. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
