As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ashby may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Hambrick and Virginia Lusher Hambrick; his children, Jennifer L. Hambrick and Christian Hambrick; his brother Carl Hamrick; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Hamrick and Joyce Hamrick.

He is survived by : his sisters, Betty Tilly (Calvin), Joyce Bowden (David) and Judy Hatcher (Pete).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Momence (2268 N State Rte 1 #17, St Anne, IL 60954). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
