It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Ryan (Momence, Illinois), who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gyenge and Ruth Marie Potter Gyenge; her husband James Edward Ryan, Jr.; her son James Edward Ryan III; and her granddaughter Jeanne Frances Ilg.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy (Dan Ramirez), Ruth (Joseph Ilg), Mary (Michael Dumas) and Jean (Timothy Ryan-Meyers); her brother John; her sister-in-law Karen Gyenge of Silvis, IL.; and her grandchildren, John G., Shannon R., Liberty Jean Ilg, Adrien, Rachel Dumas, Amelia Jean, Aidan James Meyers and Daniel James Ramirez.
