He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Neal, Sr. and Wilma Coppage; and his sisters, Cheryl Laneville and Peggy Rolland. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Neal of Momence, IL.; his sons, Joshua (Ann Nesius-Neal), John Paul (DeAnna Neal) and Sean R. Neal of Momence, IL.; and his grandchildren, Tessa Lee-Marie Neal, Destiney Nicole Clark, Alyssa Renea Neal, Harmony Michelle Neal, Nathen Jakob Neal, Dakota David Nesius-Neal, Alina Jade Neal and Cheyenne Jane Nesius-Neal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cotter Funeral Home (224 E Washington St, Momence, IL 60954). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
