Though Jacob may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jacob leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth A. Riley. He is survived by: his mother Beth M. Smedlund of Momence, IL; his stepfather Sean Prophet of Manteno, IL.; his daughter Addison Faith of Cheyenne, WY.; and his brothers, Jason Anthony (Angie Riley) and Joshua (Samantha Riley).
The family is accepting monetary donations in lieu of flowers to cover the cost of the funeral.
