He is survived by: his parents, James Scholz and Tracey Scholz of Momence, IL; his siblings, Tina Mueller (Doug) of Phenix City, AL, Timothy Scholz of Steger, IL and Christopher Scholz (Taryn) of Andalusia, AL.; his grandfather Darrell May (Anna) of Whitehall, AR; his aunts and uncles, James May (Laurie) of Beecher, IL, Wes Scholz of Las Vegas, NV, Junior Scholz of Crete, IL, Tammy Lampe of Whitehall, AR, Stephanie Burley (Brian) of Redfield, AR, Gracie Bennett (Cody) of Whitehall, AR, Tabitha Heird (Jerrime) of Whitehall, AR and Juanita Scholz of Crete, IL; and his godmother Hazel Arnold (Olin) of Chesterfield, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen to send donations to Advocate Christ Children's Hospital Cardiac Center in Oak Lawn, IL.
