She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Haslett and Elmo Legg Haslett; and her husband Harry E. Bukowski. She is survived by: her son Bill (Lori Bukowski); her brother Carl; her sister-in-law Billye Haslett of Richmond, KY.; and her caregiver Diane.
