With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Kay Sokalsky of Monee, Illinois, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander Sokalsky; her parents, John Edward and Venita Watkins; and her sister Margie Healy. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Lorin (Matt) and Leigh Anne Sokalsky (Greta Papartyte); her grandsons, Alex and Spencer Sokalsky; and her brother Johnny Watkins. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: St. Patrick Catholic Church - Tipton, IL or Alzheimer's Association.
