He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue Chard of Monmouth; his mother Evelyn Hathaway (Price) of Galesburg; and his siblings, Evelyn Barron of Monmouth, April Lucas of Burlington, IA, Penny Barry of Galesburg, IL, Bobbi Taylor of Burlington, Raymond Price of Cairo, GA, Charles Payne of Kirkwood, Jimmy Hathaway of Monmouth and Tony Hathaway of Monmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
