Millar (Trisha) of Galesburg; and her grandchildren, Nathan Bizarri (Amber), Patrick Grey (KateLynn Irlbeck), Hannah Grey, Courtney Bizarri (Wyatt Mayor), Lexie Rose Millar and Blake Millar.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and sent to the funeral home.
