He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Yez and Julia R. Pliska Yez. He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee of Monmouth; his children, Christa Yez of Elgin and Brandon Yez (Alison) of Havertown, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Ollie, Henry and Vivienne Yez; and his sister Judy Moore (Craig) of Belchertown, Massachusetts.. He is also survived by his parents, his father-in-law, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law.
A memorial fund is being established for the football program at Monmouth-Roseville High School.
