It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry E. Johnson of Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harry E. Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar L. Jr. Johnson and Betty Jean Johnson (Clayton); and his brother RichardJohnson. He is survived by: his children, Eric Johnson (Carrie), Greg Johnson and Jennifer Johnson; his grandchildren, Jerzi Johnson and Sully Frakes; his sibling's children, Jaclyn Spence (Bryan) and Nick Johnson (Sherry); his great-niece Reagan Perry (Spence); his great-nephews, Jackson Spence and Colton Spence; and his great-aunt Jo Johnson.
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory (1007 North G Street, Monmouth, IL 61462).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Gene Johnson Memorial Fund and can be sent to the funeral home.
