She is survived by: her sons, Garry Lemley (Toni Hammond) of Monmouth, IL, Phillip Lemley (Melodie) of Monmouth, IL and Corey Lemley (Nan) of Fleming, GA; her grandchildren, Cody Lemley (Jordan), Dustin Lemley (Taylor), Dereck Lemley, Nickolas Lemley, Morgan Lemley-Nelson (Brent), Jordan Lemley, Josh Jacobs, Erik Klein (Samantha), Daniel Clark and James Whaley; her great grandchildren, Holly Lemley, Xander Lemley, Alijah Lemley, Maevery Nelson, Brynleigh Nelson, Henry Lemley, Gia Lemley, Ryker Lemley, Tessa Klein, Jack Klein, Kamryn Klein, Halen Monroe, Melonie Clark, Daniella Clark, Dayna Clark, Natalie Whaley, Rylan Whaley and Alayna Whaley; and her sister Monique Humphrey of California.
