He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Thomas and Marge Thomas (Casteel); and his sister Jackie Raymond. He is survived by: his child Ashley Ross (Nathan); his siblings, Constance A. Doty (David), Barbara Simmons (Gene) and Charles Thomas (Janet); and his brother-in-law Tim Raymond. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be given to the Jeff Thomas Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home.
