She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Leroy and Lucy Mae Hathaway (Shultz); her boyfriend Darrell Ford; her brothers, Howard Hathaway and Merlon Hathaway; her brother-in-law Tom Toops; her nephews, Lennie Hathaway and Louis Toops; her great-niece KaLee Pringle; Bessie Hathaway.

She is survived by: her former husband John Wilson; her son Wayne Wilson of Peoria, IL; and her siblings, Verna Toops of Monmouth, IL, Barb Parish of Jacksonville, FL, Vicky Craig (Sam) of Burlington, IA, Jim Hathaway of Jacksonville, FL and Diana Culver (Brian) of Jacksonville, FL..
