She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald W. Johnson and Helen I. Johnson (VonAch); her husband Joseph L. Martin; and her siblings, Laurette Hawk and Charles Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Tamara S. Slater (James) of Biggsville, IL; her grandchildren, Jaclyn M. Slater of Galesburg, IL and Joseph M. Slater of Monmouth, IL; and her sister-in-law Patti Martin of Monmouth, IL.
