He is survived by: his former wife Susan Hammer; his children, Laurie Reith and Seth Reith; his daughter-in-law Jacqui Reith; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Trenton, Gabriel, Noah, Anne and Kelsey; his sister Linda Davis; and his sister-in-law Sarahann Reith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
