She is survived by: her siblings, Teresa Boock (Dan) and Tony Buckley (Molly); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer McQuillan (Kevin), Jessica Collier (Derrick), Bryan Boock (Jessica), Alena and Rachel Buckley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Josie, Chet, Olivia, Isaiah, Kolby, Cooper and Kade; and her close friends, Kim, Miles, Melissa Cook, Patti Chapman and Carla Babcock.

Memorials may be given to Warren County YMCA SNAP (Special Needs Athletic Program) or St. Jude Children's Hospital and sent to the funeral home.
