She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth King and Dora "Jean" McKee (Knustrom); her husband James E. Carr; her great grandchild Alexandria Payne; her brother Michael McKee; and her nephew Stephen McKee.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Stivers (Robin) of Burlington, Timothy Carr (Amy) of Milan, Damon Carr (Lisa) of Naples, Florida, Christina Stivers of Newton, Kathe Stivers of Burlington, Micki Graves (John) of Oneida, Rachel Carr (Charles Payne) of Kirkwood and Sally Price (Ray) of Cairo, Georgia. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oquawka Cemetery (500 Ninth St, Oquawka, IL 61469).
