She was predeceased by: her husband Lolan Laverne Lantz; her son Harlan Craig Lantz; her parents, Jay Smith and Gladys Smith (Worden); her brother Loren Smith (Marie Bjorkman); and her grandparents, Bertha Worden and James.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Lantz (Teresa Frisbie) of Oak Park and Marcia Barnhart (Trent) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Harrison Barnhart (Minomi Dharmaratna), Taylor Robotham (Ryan), Abigail Lantz, Charlotte Lantz (Connor Hollander) and Austin Barnhart; and her great grandchildren, Harlan Barnhart and Olivia Robotham.
