She was predeceased by : her in-laws, Robert and Joyce Golz; her son Travis; and her brother Rick Fermazin. She is survived by : her mother Candy Fermazin (Johnson); her husband Steven; her children, Tyler (Megan), Parker (Ashley) and Dana Zidlicky (James); and her grandchildren, Logan, Everleigh and Charlotte.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

“Words cannot describe the sorrow I feel for your family. I'll miss our chats. When we officially met i had just lost the love of my life, you helped me more than you will ever know. always inviting me out to open mic night, smiles and hugs, and just singing with you always lifted my heart. you always brought a sense of peace to the literal table. I know you are at peace, and so happy to be with Travis, but please now you will be deeply missed. My prayers for peace and loving memories to all.”
