He is survived by: his parents, Maria Herrera and Jose Herrera; his brother Jose Herrera Jr.; his sister-in-law Gabriela Lopez-Herrera; his sibling's children, Ethan, Amelia and Benicio Herrera; his significant other Theresa Jimenez; his stepson Richard Jimenez; his grandchildren, Felicity, Kayly and Alex Jimenez; and his pets, Lady and Blondie.
