It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles E. Day Jr. of Montgomery, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Day and Eldora Day (McConkie); his wife Donna C. Day; and his sister Jaen Stevenson. He is survived by : his children, Diane Schmalensee (Bob Angarola) of Mundelein, IL, Charles E. Day III (Kimberli) of Aurora, Brian Day (Phyllis) of Sugar Grove and Michael Day of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Krista, Jonathan, Craig, Brent, Kevin, Shannon, Kirsten, Corrinne, Aaron and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Matthew, Benjamin, Norah, Gabriela, Giuliana and Raelynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
