He is survived by: his children, Kevin Smith (Sarah) of DeKalb, IL, Keith Smith (Katie) of Yorkville, IL and Kelly May (Tim) of Big Rock, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Samuel, Reed, Lila, Caden and Chloe; his siblings, Sandy Linden of Sugar Grove, IL and Tom Smith; his girlfriend Pat Forsythe; and his former wife Debra Donaldson. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
