He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillie Hamsmith and Harry M. Hamsmith; his wife Ethel Hamsmith (Kahoun); his former wife Mary Hamsmith (Goodwin); and his sisters, Charlotte, Arlene and Maxine.
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel [Lisa] of Sheridan, Wyoming and Kenneth of Gaston; his grandchildren, Corey, Jameson [Katie], Trey [Sara], Lexi [Alex], Tyler and Cody; and his brother Gerald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Harry's memory to St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, Illinois.
