She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joseph, Barbara Lazzara, Melvin and Elizabeth Kerr. She is survived by: her parents, Doug Lazzara (Sue Lazzara) and Sue Lazzara; her brother Mark (Stacy); her nieces, Ashlyn and Averie; and her lifelong loyal stuffed friends, Raggedy Ann and Bert. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made through this Amazon Wishlist supporting pediatric oncology patients at Central DuPage Hospital—a cause especially meaningful to the Lazzara family.
