She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Tiberio (Tom Affissio), Joseph Tiberio (Toni Tiberio), Guy Tiberio, Jr. (Michelle Tiberio), Ron Tiberio (Phyllis Tiberio) and Adrianna Costello (Darren Costello). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to The Lewy Body Dementia Association (lbda.org), to reflect her compassion for others and her generous spirit.
