It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Beckett-Melo (Montgomery, Illinois), who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Max Beckett Sr.; her brother Rafael Beckett; and her cousin Silvia Rivera (Martin Ayala). She is survived by: her mother Hermelinda Beckett; her children, Sandra Beltran (José), Rafael Valenzuela Jr. and Héctor Beckett; her grandchildren, Alexis, José, Max and Juleo; and her siblings, Delia Rios (José), Victoria Peterson, Maggie Beckett and Max Beckett Jr. (Martha). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
