We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2024, at the age of 76, Robert Lee Hughes of Montgomery, Illinois, born in Saint Paul, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Hughes and Margaret Hughes (Williams); and his siblings, George (late Dorothy), Harold (late Carol), Larry (late Pauline), Fred, Curtis, Alice Hughes (Edgar Hughes), Phyliss Edwards (late Russell), Lois Jesse (late Kenneth) and Doris Powers (late Herman).

He is survived by : his brothers, Gerald (Peggy) and Carlos (late Bonnie); and his niece Vickie Fitzgerald (Steven). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
