She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edward and Hazel Florence Slagle (Hadden); her husband Duane H. Clark; and her sister Pauline Chumbley. She is survived by: her sons, Ed Clark (Donna) of Downs, Jim Clark (Dianna) of Paducah, KY and Dan Clark of Bement; her grandchildren, Christina L. Ladage (Brent), Kelly R. Hamblin (Austin), Kevin J. Clark (Emalee) and Dylan T. Clark; her stepgrandchildren, Michelle D. Kutchman (Kevin) and Bradley L. Stout (Dawn); and her nieces, Melinda and Rosanna. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Piatt County Food Pantry or the Monticello United Methodist Church.
