He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Caldwell and Ozena Caldwell; and his siblings, Isaac, Fred, Emma and Toni.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Caldwell of Monticello; and his children, Jim (Kathy Caldwell) of Snyder, Rick Caldwell of Bentonville, AR, Joyce (Kevin Tussey) of Bridgeport, IL, Joe (Mary Beth Caldwell) of Monticello, IL and Ron (Kristine Caldwell) of Rockton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
