He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Russell and Mildred Catherine Lehigh (Pittman); his siblings, Barbara Jean Busher, David and Philip Lehigh; his son-in-law Larry Vance; and his great grandchild Isaiah Lanie.

He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Lehigh of Monticello; and his children, Terri Sue Ayers (Steve) of Lexington, SC, Vikki Hook (Rich) of Covington, IN, Bobbi Vance of Monticello, IL, Michael Dale Lehigh (Karen) of Rockville, IN and Marci Bailey (Chuck) of Allerton, IL. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Town Square Hospice of Monticello or Monticello Crossroads Church.
