He was predeceased by: his father Dave. He is survived by: his wife Alena Prater of Monticello; his sons, Kody Prater of Mahomet, Jakob Prater of Oakley, Jackson Prater of Lewistown and Kolton Prater of Mansfield; and his brother Jim Prater of Arizona.
