Lana Ross Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lana Ross (Monticello, Illinois), born in Alton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lana Ross to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kimon Economides and Era L. Weeks; and her husband Charles Ross. She is survived by: her brother Paul Economides of Virginia Beach, VA; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Gaffney (Tim) and Renee Economides (Jim) of Albuquerque, NM.; her children, Jennifer, Andy Ross (Cecilia) of Elkhart, IN, Aiden (Myla) of Ft. Wayne, IN., Jonathan (Erika) and A. J. (Lynsey); her granddaughters, Maria Jacob (Jordan) of Evanston, IL and Olivia Ross of Rochester, IL.; and her great grandchildren, Mateo, Nora, Everly and Charley. She is also survived by two children, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at the Calvary Baptist Church (738 W Bridge St, Monticello, IL 61856).
