She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Slifer and Mildred Smith Slifer; her husband Ralph Miller of Monticello; and her siblings, Ralph, Jimmy, Kenneth, Russell, Max and Carol Matheny.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Slifer of Strasburg, IL., Paul Slifer (Mary) of Shumway, IL., Glenn Slifer of Mode, IL. and Nancy Mulchae (James) of Delavan, IL.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hinds Funeral Home and Cremation Services (348 N Piatt St, Bement, IL 61813). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donors choice.
